Our Pressure and Vacuum Laboratory provides calibration services for pressure measuring instruments using air, oil, and water as pressure media.

The laboratory is equipped with a DH-Budenberg Hydraulic Deadweight Tester (Model 53-1419), a DH-Budenberg Pneumatic Deadweight Tester (Model 5203), a FLUKE Documenting Process Calibrator with pressure modules, and a DRUCK Digital Pressure Indicator. These reference standards and calibration systems are used for the calibration of hydraulic pressure measuring instruments from 0 to 72,500 psi (5,000 bar) and pneumatic pressure measuring instruments from 0 to 14,500 psi (1,000 bar).

We also provide vacuum calibration using a PVS-6 vacuum calibration system and negative pressure equipment capable of generating vacuum down to -760 mmHg.

Calibration Ranges

Hydraulic Pressure: 0 to 500 MPa
Pneumatic Pressure: 0.1 to 100 MPa
Vacuum: down to 1 mTorr
