Torque & Force Calibration Service

Our Torque and Force Laboratory is a mechanical calibration laboratory providing calibration services for a wide range of force and torque measuring instruments, including compression force, tension force, torque, and various applied force-related measuring devices.

Calibration services are performed under our ISO/IEC 17025 quality system. Accredited calibration is available for applicable instruments and measurement ranges within our approved scope of accreditation.

The laboratory is equipped with Cooper Instruments Standard Load Cells used as reference standards for force calibration, with capacities of 500 lb, 2,000 lb, 5,000 lb, 50,000 lb, and 200,000 lb.

Our trained metrologists provide calibration services for force measuring instruments up to 200,000 lb in compression and up to 50,000 lb in tension. Low-force instruments below 250 lb are calibrated using standard weights.

We also provide calibration services for torque measuring instruments and various applied force-related measuring devices used in industrial, manufacturing, testing, and quality control applications.
